WP Tutoring Trademark and Third-Party Intellectual Property Notice

This Notice is part of, and incorporated by reference into, the WP Tutoring Terms of Service. WP Tutoring is a trade name of ByRivers Tech LLC.
1. We Do Not Own the Software We Teach
WP Tutoring is an independent educational platform. ByRivers Tech LLC does not own, develop, maintain, license, sell, or provide support for WordPress or any third-party plugin, theme, or other software demonstrated, referenced, or taught in our courses, video tutorials, interactive demos, or documentation. All such software is the property of its respective owners and is governed exclusively by its own licenses and terms.
2. Trademarks Belong to Their Owners
- WordPress® and the WordPress logo are registered trademarks of the WordPress Foundation.
- WooCommerce®, Jetpack®, and related marks are trademarks of Automattic Inc. or its affiliates.
- All other product names, plugin names, theme names, company names, logos, and brands appearing in the Service — including in video, screenshots, narration, course titles, and documentation — are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.
Use of these names, marks, and brands within the Service is solely to identify and describe the software being taught (nominative fair use). Such use does not imply, and You must not infer, any affiliation with, endorsement by, sponsorship by, or approval from the WordPress Foundation, Automattic Inc., or any plugin or theme developer or vendor.
3. No Affiliation or Endorsement
ByRivers Tech LLC and WP Tutoring are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the WordPress Foundation, Automattic Inc., or any other software vendor whose products appear in the Training Content, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
4. Screenshots and User Interfaces
Screen recordings and screenshots of third-party software interfaces are included solely for educational commentary, instruction, and identification. The underlying software interfaces, icons, and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Open-Source Software
WordPress and many demonstrated plugins and themes are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) or other open-source licenses. Where the Service runs such software inside its own sandbox environments, it does so under the terms of those licenses. Copies of applicable licenses are available from the respective projects. Nothing in the Service modifies, replaces, or grants You rights under those licenses — Your rights in any open-source software come from its license, not from us.
6. No License Granted
Nothing in the Service grants You any right or license to any third party's software, trademarks, trade dress, or other intellectual property. You are solely responsible for lawfully obtaining, licensing, and using any software shown in the Training Content on Your own systems.
7. WP Tutoring Marks
"WP Tutoring" and associated logos are trademarks of ByRivers Tech LLC. You may not use them without prior written permission, except to truthfully refer to the Service.
