WP Tutoring Training Disclaimer and Release

This Training Disclaimer and Release ("Disclaimer") is part of, and incorporated by reference into, the WP Tutoring Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings given there. "Covered Parties" means ByRivers Tech LLC, Grant J. Price III (personally and in every capacity), and the Company's members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, content authors, agents, licensors, successors, and assigns.

BY ACCESSING ANY TRAINING CONTENT YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO EVERYTHING BELOW.

1. Educational Content Only — Not Advice

All courses, video tutorials, interactive demos, walkthroughs, documentation, and other Training Content are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Training Content is, or should be relied upon as, professional, technical, security, legal, financial, or business advice for Your specific situation. You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to apply anything You learn.

2. We Don't Own or Control the Software Being Taught

The Training Content teaches third-party software — WordPress and third-party plugins and themes — that the Covered Parties do not own, develop, maintain, support, or control, and with whose owners the Company has no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement unless expressly stated. That software can change, break, be discontinued, contain bugs or security vulnerabilities, or behave differently in Your environment, all entirely outside the Covered Parties' control.

3. Content May Be Outdated, Incomplete, or Wrong

Training Content reflects the software versions and interfaces available at production time and is produced, in part, with the assistance of artificial intelligence. Despite verification processes, it may contain errors, omissions, or steps that no longer match current software. You must independently verify every step before applying it, especially on any system that matters to You.

4. Demonstrations Happen in Disposable Sandboxes

Everything shown is performed in ephemeral, isolated sandbox environments built for teaching. Results on Your own website may differ due to Your hosting, software versions, other plugins or themes, customizations, data, or configuration. A step that is safe in a sandbox may not be safe on Your production site.

5. Assumption of Risk

Applying anything from the Training Content to a real website or server carries inherent risk, including data loss, site breakage, downtime, security exposure, plugin/theme conflicts, loss of search rankings, and loss of revenue. YOU KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISK. Always maintain complete, tested backups and use a staging environment where possible. The decision to act on anything You learn is Yours alone.

6. Release of the Covered Parties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU RELEASE, WAIVE, AND DISCHARGE THE COVERED PARTIES — EXPRESSLY INCLUDING BYRIVERS TECH LLC AND GRANT J. PRICE III, PERSONALLY — FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE TRAINING CONTENT OR YOUR USE OF, RELIANCE ON, OR APPLICATION OF IT, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, AND YOU COVENANT NOT TO SUE ANY COVERED PARTY OVER ANY SUCH MATTER.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Covered Parties from any third-party claim (including claims by Your clients, employers, or site visitors) arising out of Your use or application of the Training Content, as set out more fully in Section 5 of the Terms of Service, which governs.

8. No Results Guaranteed

Examples, demonstrations, and outcomes shown in the Training Content are illustrative only. No particular result — performance, security, rankings, traffic, or revenue — is promised or implied.

9. Copyright

All WP Tutoring Training Content — including videos, narration, scripts, course outlines, chapter and search text, and written material — is copyright ByRivers Tech LLC, all rights reserved, whether it is watched on our websites, on YouTube, or inside the Training Videos plugin. You may watch it; You may not copy, download, record, redistribute, or resell it except as Section 10 of the Terms of Service allows. Third-party software, interfaces, and marks shown in it belong to their owners (see the Trademark and Third-Party IP Notice).
