WP Tutoring Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Effective Date: November 3, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of, and incorporated by reference into, the WP Tutoring Terms of Service. Violating this AUP is a material breach of those Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of Your account or license without refund, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

1. Lawful Use Only

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service, or anything You learn from it, to violate any applicable law or regulation, or to infringe, misappropriate, or violate the rights of any person or entity.

2. Account Integrity

You may not:

  • share, sell, rent, or transfer Your account, login credentials, or license key;
  • allow more individuals or sites to use Your subscription or license than Your plan permits;
  • create accounts by automated means, under false identities, or to evade a prior suspension or termination;
  • circumvent, disable, or interfere with authentication, paywalls, plan limits, site limits, rate limits, or other access controls.

3. Content Protection

Except as expressly permitted in writing by the Company, or by a white-label license under Section 10.5 of the Terms of Service, You may not:

  • download, record, capture, scrape, or bulk-export Training Content (including video, narration audio, chapters, transcripts, interactive demo data, or documentation), wherever it is hosted, including on YouTube;
  • redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly screen, or make Training Content available to anyone not entitled to it;
  • use Training Content, in whole or in part, to create a competing course, library, product, or service;
  • use Training Content or any part of the Service to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model or to build any dataset;
  • remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, disclaimer, or other proprietary notice, including the notice in a video description or in the Training Videos plugin.

4. Platform and Sandbox Integrity

The Service includes interactive demo environments and sandboxed WordPress instances provided strictly for guided learning. You may not:

  • use any sandbox or demo environment to host content, send email, serve production traffic, mine cryptocurrency, run bots, or perform any workload other than following the tutorial it accompanies;
  • probe, scan, penetration-test, or attempt to breach the Service or any sandbox, or access data, tenants, or accounts that are not Yours;
  • upload or introduce malware, or attempt to escape, persist in, or escalate privileges within any sandbox or container;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, including its web applications and plugins, except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by imposing an unreasonable load, or use automated agents, crawlers, or scripts against the Service without written permission;
  • misuse any API beyond documented, authorized purposes.

5. Misuse of Skills Learned

The Training Content teaches website administration techniques. You agree to apply them only to websites and systems You own or are expressly authorized to administer. Using techniques learned through the Service against systems without authorization is strictly prohibited, and You bear sole responsibility for any such misuse, including under Section 5 (Indemnification) of the Terms of Service.

6. User Submissions

For any content You submit (comments, questions, support requests, community posts), You may not post material that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, deceptive, sexually explicit, or that contains malware, spam, or other parties' confidential or personal information without authority. You grant the Company a non-exclusive license to host and display such submissions in connection with operating the Service, and You represent that You have the rights to grant it.

7. Third-Party Software Licenses

The Service demonstrates third-party software. Nothing in the Service grants You any license to that software. You are solely responsible for obtaining and complying with valid licenses for any software You install or use on Your own systems, including premium plugin or theme licenses.

8. Enforcement

The Company may investigate suspected violations, may remove or disable access to any material, and may suspend or terminate accounts or licenses at its sole discretion, with or without notice. The Company may report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities. Remedies here are in addition to any others available under the Terms of Service or at law.

9. Reporting

Report violations or security issues to: service@wp-tutoring.com.
